Our firm practices primarily in Wills and Estate law, which includes

• Probate and Administration of Estates - completing court applications to obtain grants of probate, administration of estates, and resealing of out-of-province grants

• Acting for estate clients for the sale or transfer of real property

• Wills and Estates Law - drafting complete Estate Planning packages, including wills, powers of attorney, and personal directives
